Nitta’s industry-leading tools for aramid cord belting just got even better. We've now introduced into the marketplace a new tooling combination that can lower your cook times to 17 and a half minutes on belts used throughout the logistics and material handling industry. A significant ergonomic and safety advantage: the Nitta press is one piece and is half the weight of our competitor’s unit. It is far less expensive as well.

The new Nitta vulcanizing kit features a new presetter, with better heat transfer, and some software upgrades to the press. The results: beautiful splices every time! Current units in the field can be retrofitted for this process which eliminates the need to purchase new equipment for customers that currently own our press.
