New US Production: PIN-JOIN Polyurethane Timing Products

Opitbelt’s US Polyurethane Division can now manufacture PIN-JOIN in T10 & AT10 profiles in widths of 25mm, 32mm and 50mm. They also can be manufactured with a wide range of rubber, Polyurethane and PVC backings.

These versatile polyurethane synchronous timing belts are linear belts that can be joined endless on-site using multiple stainless-steel pins. The micro-grooved pins are inserted into the belts full width for a secure and continuous fit. The pins are inserted on-site for easier installation and reduce down times.

Optibelt’s PIN-JOIN belts can be used in a wide range of applications such as pharmaceutical, food processing and general manufacturing.
