The scraper unit features a minimalist design that meets EHEDG and 3-A standards, making it the most hygienic unit on the market.

Each unit includes the scraper and a quick-release mechanism that mounts to the conveyor and holds the scraper securely in place. With six configuration options, it can be installed on new or existing conveyor systems.

The quick-release mechanism makes it easy for operators to access the belt for cleaning without tools. The scraper can also be fine-tuned to deliver consistent pressure. This effectively removes residue, known as carryback, without damaging the belt.
