Industry Veteran Retires at 90!
AFM Industries would like to wish a happy 90th birthday and a happy retirement to industry legend Tony Landers.
In 1961 Tony Landers started selling belting on the sales desk of Dominion Rubber (later called Uniroyal).
In 1978 he moved to Snowden Rubber as a field sales representative.
In 2002 he joined AFM Industries moving back to inside customer service focusing on quoting large projects as well as providing technical support to our inside sales.
Tony has enjoyed staying involved in the industry for so many years and in August he will celebrate his 90th birthday before retiring and moving closer to his family.
His unbelievable experience, memory, and friendly attitude will be missed by all of us and our customers.
