Beltservice Corporation -- ProSeal

Beltservice Corporation recently introduced the ProSeal edge capping process which can be applied to several of our PU and PVC belt specifications. This hygienic solution is designed to eliminate edge fray and bacterial contamination of the belt fabric. 

Using state of the art fabrication techniques, the ProSeal process keeps the cover of the belt intact, removing any risk of the edge cap coming off. Two Reveyron specs ideal for ProSeal are:

2PURX25/EHR (#108HRG) 

2PURX40/FHR (#108MRG) 

Both belts feature matte x rice grain covers and the belt fabric is completely encapsulated when ProSealed. 2PURX25/EHR can handle pulleys as small as 25mm and is ideal for bakery, meat, and cheese products. 2PURX40/FHR is designed for higher load applications and can run on troughed conveying systems.
