Da Da Da, Building the Conveyor Belt Blocks
On one end of Tingfeng Road is the future LEGO Theme Park, which brings us hope to envision the future and the simple joy of returning to childhood. At the other end is MIYUKIbelting, located at 3128 Tingfeng Road.
Every morning, the machines in our conveyor belt production workshop start to hum. Operators must be alert, focused, and meticulous in checking the equipment's stability, adjusting the temperature balance, and overseeing every detail in the production of each conveyor belt to ensure everything is in place—just like the NPCs in LEGO, quietly and diligently carrying out their tasks.
Entering the factory, the first thing you’ll notice on the left are rows of colorful conveyor belt rolls hanging on racks, with upstream suppliers of industrial fabrics behind them. Deeper into the facility lies the main conveyor belt production workshop, where the real stars of the show are—working tirelessly every day to produce conveyor belts for various industries. In the center of the factory is the downstream processing and customization workshop. The entire supply chain works seamlessly to ensure that every step is carefully checked, creating a scene of orderly busyness.
To solve the more complex flexible customization of conveyor belts, we have an R&D department continuously challenging and innovating. Much like LEGO, which started with simple plastic blocks and expanded into various product lines, we are also moving forward without boundaries, exploring possibilities in all ages of play.
Looking back at LEGO's classic “flywheel management” model, MIYUKIbelting has benefited in terms of management as well. With over 100 employees, we are constantly optimizing and improving our workflow, ensuring that every conveyor belt we deliver is stable, durable, and long-lasting. Just like plastic products provide services to millions of households, each belt showcases its own magic, transforming in different fields and creating countless possibilities.
The use of PE material in conveyor belts is quite versatile: LEGO employs it for flexible parts, while MIYUKIbelting uses it for food-grade conveyor belts. Notably, PE material is also found in products like baby pacifiers, making it a very safe plastic. We manufacture the treadmill belts beneath your feet, the conveyor belts in revolving sushi restaurants, and the little blue belts in rice ball production. While we may seem worlds apart, our products are intertwined with every aspect of your daily life—from food to clothing, housing, and transportation.
We look forward to the completion of the LEGO theme park, bringing more friends passing by and paying attention to our work here. In the next issue, we’ll introduce more unknown applications.
We look forward to your continued attention and support!
